Meditation for Difficult Times with Sarah McLean & Friends

For the month of March: Online live meditations held twice a day at 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm (CST) for 30 minutes.  It’s free and share with family and friends.

Anxiety and stress are contagions, but so are peace, calm, and gratefulness. If you are feeling a little panicky about the Corona virus, you are not alone. As you’re being inundated with unsettling news every hour, you too can be infected by the contagions of anxiety, stress, and panic. Being in a state of unsettledness and fear not only lowers your immunity, but it can also make rational decisions difficult as you become more reactive and less present to what is really going on.  There isn’t a lot of help as to how to settle your mind and body calm in the midst of the corona confusion. But we’re changing that.

Please do join a 30-minute call to help you find sanity, balance, and well-being in the midst of this pandemic. Join the discussion and guided meditation with meditation and mindfulness experts. It's online and its free.

Live at 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm (30 minutes each)
