While we take a couple weeks off, we are continuing our encouragement for you to break from the work you are doing and go on a one-mile walk with us every Friday. There are lots of ways to connect during this time and we have listed a few below for you to try:

  • Call a colleague, family member, or friend and talk on the phone while you walk
  • Encourage those in your place of residence to walk with you – kids, spouse, etc.
  • Take your pet on a walk – good for you, good for them
  • Go it alone and enjoy the quiet and peace of the day away from everyone else
