As we know, winter weather in Iowa can be unpredictable so if we have an unseasonably warm day and anyone feels like a group walk, send out a Campus Connection note in Adventure2 and see if your colleagues are up for an impromptu walk around campus! You can also check out our newest program, Strolls for Well-Being at ISU, for other ideas on combining walking and mindfulness.
