Today's session:  PEACE IN THE PALACE~ Managing Our Relationships through a Pandemic with Joleen Frideres, LMHC, IADC, MPA

Have you felt the strain in your relationships from this pandemic? All of us have had our “royal hiney’s” handed to us during this trying time. Our routines have been disrupted. There is no normal. Some people working extreme hours, some rendered unemployed.  In uncharted territory… often times we feel like there is NO right or wrong answer; We are just left to grapple in conflict to figure out … “what IS best?” And even then, we don’t really know.

As a Licensed Mental Health & Addictions Therapist, Joleen has had the honor of helping people navigate their way through this entire pandemic. Joleen’s joining us to help YOU to bring as much peace to your palace… as possible.

ISU WellBeing is committed to creating a walking community (even virtually) for ISU employees. To support this community, we are continuing with the Friday Walk and Talks, but just not as a large group on campus. Whether you are on campus or working remotely, having to maintain physical distancing can feel isolating at times. We want to support you in every way. Join us virtually by taking the time to get up, get out, and walk for your well-being! For more information go here.
