For more information and resources for walking on campus, click here. As we know, winter weather in Iowa can be unpredictable so if we have an unseasonably warm day and anyone feels like a group walk, send out a Campus Connection note in Adventure2 and see if your colleagues are up for an impromptu walk around campus! You can also check out our newest program, Strolls for Well-Being at ISU, for other ideas on combining walking and mindfulness.

These are not unusual feelings or questions, particularly in a world that seems increasingly divisive and confusing. This workshop will help you get back to the important values that are a compass point for “what I want to stand for,” no matter what life throws at you or where you’re at in life right now.
