Occasional anxiety is an expected part of life. But anxiety disorders involve more than temporary worry. An accessible guide to understanding what causes anxiety disorders and the types of anxiety, their symptoms, common misconceptions, and how relationships are impacted. Self-compassion and mindfulness are important resources for everyone as we transition to a new normal on campus. In this webinar facilitated by a staff member from Student Counseling Services we will understand the impact of burnout and learn coping strategies for creating a culture of wellness and self-care in your own life and learning environment. Faculty, staff, and graduate students will leave this webinar with university campus resources to feel supported on their journey.          ISU WellBeing - Walk and Talk | Virtual at 12:10 pm

Join us as we start our Friday Walk & Talks this fall. We’ll meet on Fridays at 12:10 on the front steps of Beardshear for a one mile walk around our picturesque ISU campus. Come walk and talk with friends, colleagues, or just come and enjoy the beauty of campus. Join ISU WorkLife and WellBeing and de-stress from the week. Whether you are in-person on campus or prefer to join us virtually, the Friday Walk and Talks are an excellent way to connect and network with others! To sign up and join us virtually, click here.
