Friday morning when you’re digging through your closet looking for something to wear, grab your cherished cyclone jacket or your favorite ISU t-shirt and show your cyclone pride. It just might win you a free water bottle!
This Friday ISU WellBeing is hosting our first Cyday Friday walk. We caught your attention with the “free water bottle” right? The first 100 participants, wearing their ISU gear, will receive a free Cyday Friday water bottle. This means you better get there early! The walk starts at 12:15 in front of Beardshear Hall, if you see Cy, you’re probably in the right place!
But don't forget the walk! We’ve set a one mile route around beautiful central campus for you to walk at your own pace, and the weather couldn’t be more perfect. The forecast calls for sunny and a high of 73, perfect weather for walking with your coworkers or practicing mindfulness on your own.
