Friday Walk & Talks Kick Off March 30th!

ISU WellBeing is kicking off its Friday Walk & Talks for Spring 2018.

Beginning March 30 at 12:15 in front of Beardshear Hall, we’ll walk one mile around our beautiful campus! The spring walks will be every Friday until May 18 with a total of eight Friday walks. These 30 minute walks are a great way to enjoy nice spring weather, mingle with colleagues, or just take a break from the office. ISU WellBeing will join you for the one-mile walk in almost any weather: rain, snow (surely no snow!), cloudy days, and hopefully a lot of sunny days! You are always welcome to walk the one mile route at your own pace.

If you are a participant in Adventure2 (ISU’s online employee well-being program), you are eligible to earn 100 points for walking six out of the eight walks! To earn the points you must check in via Adventure2 the week in which you walk. If you are not a participant in Adventure2, you can follow this link to get registered!
