Keeping Community.

In this time of working at home, social distancing and endless and ongoing changes, sometimes it is difficult to figure out which is the right way.  Your colleagues appears to have it all worked out and you are still struggling.  Remember, work-life balance looks different for everyone.  You will figure out what works for you.  Be kind and compassionate to yourself as well as others.

Once of the challenges during these changing times is how to Keep Community and Stay Connected.

This is a priority for Iowa State University and ISU WellBeing, so beginning now ISU WellBeing will be hosting several live events each week to support being a community and staying connected.

Check out the details below for Mid-Morning Mindfulness, Well-being Wednesdays, and Friday Walk and Talk.

If you have any questions - email ISU WellBeing.
