Infusing mindfulness practices during the workday, and beyond, will encourage a work/life balance and increase an overall sense of well-being.  Other benefits include less stress, increased productivity, decreased feeling of being overwhelmed,  increased sense of calm, and ability to respond rather than react to daily challenges.

Beginning in 2023, ISU WellBeing began to offer workshops to introduce basic mindfulness practices as well as advanced options.  The advanced workshops focused on stress and resilience, creativity and innovation, productivity and efficiency,  and compassion and self-compassion.

In addition to the workshops, this page offers additional resources including articles, online resources, books, and LinkedIn courses offered through ISU Workday.

Check out these resources and if you have any questions, reach out to wellbeing@iastate.edu.
