Attend Culinary Boot Camp and learn how to enjoy eating while creating delicious meals. This two-part series will take place in conjunction with Body Image and Eating Disorder Awareness Week and National Nutrition Month. Chefs, a registered dietitian, and the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition will guide participants through meal planning and grocery shopping (Part 1 - Feb 27) followed by meal preparation, culinary skill development, and a mindful eating experience (Part 2 - Mar 6).
