Join Live Healthy Iowa in celebrating healthy communities!

Live Healthy Iowa, in partnership with 18 communities, is hosting the 6th Annual Live Healthy Iowa 5K event, featuring a 5K run/walk and 1K kid's run.  Proceeds from these events benefit local wellness efforts in the partner communities, as well as Live Healthy Iowa Kids initiatives.

5K Run/Walk

Saturday, April 13 at 8:00 am  

Registration Fee:

- $20 (through April 1)

- $25 (online through April 8, or on-site at any location)

- Includes: T-shirt (Only guaranteed if registered by 4/8), race number, finisher medal, post-race refreshments, opportunity to win door prizes

Don't forget... 2019 10 Week Wellness Challenge participants receive a $10 discount on 5K registration!  (The coupon code can be found in weekly challenge emails.)

1K Kid's Run (ages 12 and younger)

Saturday, April 13 at 9:00 am

Registration fee:
