Mindspring Mental Health Alliance Webinar: Talking to Kids about Mental Health | 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm 

Children are curious about their environment and the people around them. How do we answer their questions about mental health?  Learn how to help children understand what mental illness is and is not, and how to answer their questions, in this one-hour seminar with a licensed therapist. Project Recovery Iowa Webinar: Anxiety Reduction and Self-Care | 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

As we reflect on the past two-plus years living with the pandemic, there has been disruption, uncertainty, and prolonged exhaustions which may have impacted your emotional wellbeing. Across the Midwest levels of anxiety and depression have remained three times higher than pre-pandemic levels. As we continue to better understand the impact of prolonged ups and downs in our lives, we want to help you look at strategies to assist and help those who are especially vulnerable.
