ISU WellBeing: Friday Walk and Talk | 12:10pm | Steps Outside Beardshear Hall

Meet us for a one mile walk around our picturesque ISU campus. Come walk and talk with friends, colleagues, or just come and enjoy the beauty of campus. Join ISU WorkLife and WellBeing and de-stress from the week. The Friday Walk and Talks are an excellent way to connect and network with others! ISU WellBeing and CELT : Mindfulness...On The Run: Mindful Eating Virtual Workshop | 12:10 pm - 12:30 pm

Looking for ways to reduce stress, increase focus, and be more present in the moment? Mindfulness is a practice that can be easily incorporated in to your life and learning spaces. Using the Therapy Assistance Online (TAO) mental health app, available free to all members of the Iowa State University community, we will highlight various mindfulness practices to enhance your own mental health as well as that of students on campus.
