Food Pantry Opens Wednesday, April 29

A food pantry is now open on campus to meet the needs of our community. It is located in the lower level of the Union Drive Community Center (207 Beyer Ct) in the West Side Market space. Hours are Monday – Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Anyone is welcome – no student ID is required, and staff will not be asking for or taking any information. You just need to show up, follow the posted instructions and leave with a free bag of groceries!

This service is collaborative effort of units within the Division of Student Affairs and also supported by the Cyclone Strong Fund.

You are invited to join us Wednesday, August 1 from 3:15 - 4:30 p.m. as ISU WellBeing hosts Vic Strecher, Professor and Director of Innovation and  Social Entrepreneurship with University of Michigan Schools for Public Health and Medicine. Vic will be here to share his work in examining the science and philosophy of purpose in life and ways to develop and align with one's purpose! This thought provoking, inspiring presentation is free and open to all employees and students.

Attend Culinary Boot Camp and learn how to enjoy eating while creating delicious meals. This two-part series will take place in conjunction with Body Image and Eating Disorder Awareness Week and National Nutrition Month.
