ISU WellBeing: Mid-Morning Mindfulness  | 10:00 am - 10:15 am

There is no better way to stay focused and productive when things around you are a little chaotic than to practice mindfulness. Join your colleagues and the ISU WellBeing team every Tuesday and Thursday mornings this week for a simple 15-minute mindfulness experience. After Thursday's session, we will then take a pause until September 6th. For more information, click here. As we reflect on the past two-plus years living with the pandemic, there has been disruption, uncertainty, and prolonged exhaustions which may have impacted your emotional wellbeing. Across the Midwest levels of anxiety and depression have remained three times higher than pre-pandemic levels. As we continue to better understand the impact of prolonged ups and downs in our lives, we want to help you look at strategies to assist and help those who are especially vulnerable. ISU WellBeing: Friday Walk and Talk | 12:10pm | Steps Outside Beardshear Hall

Friday Walk and Talks wrap up today! We will resume September 9th. Meet us for a one mile walk around our picturesque ISU campus. Come walk and talk with friends, colleagues, or just come and enjoy the beauty of campus. Join ISU WorkLife and WellBeing and de-stress from the week. The Friday Walk and Talks are an excellent way to connect and network with others!
