“Not all storms come to disrupt your life; some come to clear your path.” As the COVID crisis begins to release its grip, what will your path forward look like? Rather than simply returning to the same journey, perhaps its time to set out on a new path that’s better than before: one in which you’re clear on your purpose and values, making choices that are aligned with what’s most important and creating the conditions for your team and your family to do the same. For more information and to register go here.

  • Call a colleague, family member, or friend and talk on the phone while you walk
  • Encourage those in your place of residence to walk with you – kids, spouse, etc.
  • Take your pet on a walk – good for you, good for them
  • Go it alone and enjoy the quiet and peace of the day away from everyone else
  • Or, join the ISU WellBeing team via Webex every Friday!
