Nutrition Counseling Available this Semester!

With the school year well on it's way, are you ready for a little breather and self care? Maybe even looking for assistance in achieving a nutrition focused goal before the holiday season? ISU WellBeing has a great solution!

In partnership with the ISU Food Science and Human Nutrition Department, we are looking for healthy volunteers who are interested in nutrition counseling and/or coaching by an ISU dietetic student.

Step It Up Iowa!

Iowa State University is the presenting sponsor for the Healthiest State Initiative Annual Conference, Step It Up Iowa! The conference will be held on May 19, 2016 at the ISU Center, Scheman Building. The focus of this year's conference in walking and walkability. It's a great opportunity to hear from and network with leading experts around the state on creating and sustaining walkable communities that support the health and well-being of Iowans!

Flu Shot Clinic Goes Paperless this Fall!

Occupational medicine staff will still provide the flu shot for ISU WellBeing this fall. Be ready to check out our new, more efficient, paperless process this year! Participants will sign on Ipads for an electronic record and release. The 2018 flu clinic is scheduled for October 1 - October 12 from 9:00 - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
